  • Manage multiple brand profiles and content strategies
  • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
  • Use their own API keys for AI services

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 API Key Management

  • You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid API keys
  • You must comply with each AI provider's terms of service
  • You are responsible for all costs incurred through API usage
  • You must not share or expose API keys publicly

3.2 Content Responsibility

  • You retain ownership of all content you create
  • You are responsible for ensuring content complies with laws and regulations
  • You must not generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content
  • You grant us a license to process and store your content for service provision

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • No free tier is available for commercial use
  • 14-day free trial for new accounts
  • Refunds are provided per our refund policy
  • You can cancel or change plans at any time

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Generate spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Attempt to breach our security measures
  • Resell or redistribute our services without permission
  • Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

6. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice
  • Service availability depends on third-party AI providers
  • We are not liable for AI provider outages or changes

7. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your content and brand assets
  • We retain ownership of our platform and technology
  • You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our service
  • We respect intellectual property rights and expect you to do the same

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EFFICIENCY.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Efficiency.com from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our data policy
  • Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
