How does the platform work?

You create brand profiles, upload content prompts, and connect your own AI API keys. Our platform then generates content using your chosen AI providers and can automatically schedule posts across your social media channels.

Do I need technical knowledge to use Efficiency.com?

No, our platform is designed to be user-friendly. You just need to obtain API keys from your chosen AI providers (we provide guides) and then our interface handles the rest.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial for all new accounts. No credit card is required to start your trial.

API Keys & Integration

What are API keys and why do I need them?

API keys are credentials that allow our platform to communicate with AI services on your behalf. By using your own keys, you have full control over your AI usage and costs, paying providers directly for what you use.

Which AI providers are supported?

We support OpenAI (GPT-4, DALL-E), Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, Groq, Cohere, Hugging Face, and Replicate. We're continuously adding more providers.

How do I get API keys?

Each provider has its own process. Generally, you create an account with the provider, add payment method, and generate an API key from their dashboard. We provide direct links and guides for each provider in our settings.

Are my API keys secure?

Yes, all API keys are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before storage. Keys are never exposed in logs, error messages, or to other users. You can revoke or update keys at any time.

What if an AI provider is down?

You can configure multiple AI providers. If one is unavailable, you can switch to another. We also show provider status in your dashboard.

Pricing & Billing

How does pricing work?

You pay us a monthly platform fee ($29-$299 depending on plan) and pay AI providers directly for API usage. This gives you full transparency and control over costs.

What's included in each plan?

Starter ($29): 3 brands, 100 generations/month. Professional ($99): 10 brands, 500 generations/month, API access. Enterprise ($299): Unlimited brands and generations, priority support.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Is there a setup fee?

No, there are no setup fees or hidden charges. You only pay the monthly subscription and your own API usage costs.

What about content ownership?

You own all content generated through the platform. We don't claim any rights to your content or use it for training AI models.

Yes, all generated content can be edited before publishing. You have full control over the final output.
